Shipping policy

At Plush Pet, we pour our time, care, and attention to detail into every piece we create. Because your rug is made to order, our shipping timelines look a little different from standard retail stores.

Please review our processing and shipping times below so you know exactly when to expect your new custom rug.

1. Crafting & Processing Time

Every rug we make is 100% bespoke and hand-tufted from scratch. To ensure the highest quality finish, please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks for us to craft your custom rug before it is dispatched.

During exceptionally busy periods (such as the holiday season), crafting times may be slightly extended. We will always communicate any delays to you as soon as possible.

2. UK Shipping Rates & Transit Times

Once your rug has been crafted, inspected, and packaged, it will be handed over to our courier.

• Orders over £100: We are delighted to offer Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders totalling £100 GBP or more.

• Orders under £100: For orders under £100, shipping costs will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on the size and weight of your item.

Please note: The transit time for standard UK delivery is typically 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch. This is in addition to the 3-4 week crafting period.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your Plush Pet rug is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our courier's website, allowing you to follow your custom piece all the way to your front door.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have made an error, please contact us at hello@plushpet.co.uk as soon as possible. If the rug has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update your details.
